Your wiki regroups a collection of articles that can be enhanced collaboratively (but not simultaneously). You're able to create links between all of your wiki's articles
Browse the wiki
- Go back to the main page 📋
- Click on the logo or the white square at the top left corner
- Do a classic search on the content of every articles🔎📰
- You'll find a search bar on the top right corner 🕵🏽
- Visualize different versions of an article
- Compare different versions of an article
- Find an article by launching multi-criteria search (based on the themes and metadata filled by the user on the page).
- On the navigation tab, click on articles > Find your article 🔍
Edit a page/an article
Articles are pages where, unlike ordinary pages, you add themes and tags thanks to a dedicated form 🏷️
- To use the Visual Editor from a page, click on the link called "switch to edition mode"
- Use the edition toolbar
- Create a link to an article of the wiki or to an external website
- Import and display an image/a pdf file on a wiki page.
- The file/image can be displayed on any page but has its own page, see the list of files imported on the demo wiki

- From the edition mode to switch to wikicode edition mode, click on the pen on the right end of the toolbar then [[ ]] Edition Source

Article management
- Create a new article 📃
- Click on Articles on the browser toolbar then on Add an article
- Add/Edit themes and/or tags on articles
- On an article's page, click on "Edit themes and/or tags"
- Edit/modify the content of an existing article and save the changes that were made
- Rename a page
- From an article's page, click on "Rename"✒️
- Follow a page to be notified when a change occurs 🔀
- Click on "Follow" from any article's page
- Revert modifications to come back to a previous version ⬅️
- Click on "History" from any article's page
- Find the modification you would like to revert and click on "Cancel" ❌
Chat about the content of an article
- On any article, click on "Discussion" (If the link is red then it means that there's no discussions attached to the article yet)
- Type in the title of the discussion you would like to start then send your first message or answer to an existing conversation📞💬

- How to log on a wiki : All you need to do is to go to your wiki's URL and enter your ID and password to access the login form. Users who are not connected will be automatically redirected to the login form.

- How to write-protect a page:
- From an article's page 📝, Click on "Protect"
- Select the options you would like then save

- Go the article you would like to remove then click on "Delete"

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
1) On a discussion page, the new discussion form loads indefinitely
Wipe the cache by pressing Ctrl
+ F5
on your keyboard
2) I've created a new article but I don't see the "Edit with form" link
When you create an article, the link appears seconds later, you can press Ctrl
+ F5
on your keyboard to display it faster OR click on "Edit this board with form" on top of the infobox with themes and tags.
3) Can we change the text's color through the Visual Editor?
Not yet, except if you do it through some wikicode
4)I'd like to use a Visual Editor on a wiki installed on one of my servers, how can I proceed?
The Visual editor is enabled by default on our wikis. If you have a wiki installed on one of your servers, we can help you install and enable the Visual Editor by letting you use Parsoid. Parsoid is an essential service used by the Visual Editor. (Learn more here)
5) I copied the content of a document (Word or Writer) but some of the parts are framed witha gray background
- Edit the page with the Visual Editor
- Select the framed section
- On the Visual Editor tool bar, select "Paragraph"
- Repeat the last step for all the other framed sections
6)How to remain logged on a wiki for day/weeks? How to stay connected to the wiki for several days/weeks ?
On a computer that only you have the access, tick the "Stay logged in" checkbox when you log in
7) How long are the older versions of our uploaded files kept?
Indefinitely
8) What are the perks of using a wiki rather than using classic Office files?
