For the director of the laboratory, the simplicity of the wiki is primordial because employees need a site that is easy to access and easy to use. Users can check anything at any moment simplifying information sharing and its analysis.

After 3 months, the employees know their way around the tool and can use it every day for their work. When there is a report to be made, it can be published in one of the wiki's pages. Through this tool, we can directly update any document and enrich them. This encourages the creation of new pages and new contributions.
